Plan, implement, and ensure the excellence of trade marketing execution at points of sale, ensuring the application of store guidelines, visual communication, execution routines, and governance of indicators.
Act as a strategic link between corporate, commercial, and third-party agency, ensuring operational discipline, standardization, training, and best practices, aiming to maximize sell out, reduce stockouts, and enhance the shopper experience at the point of sale.
Activities:
1. Gamification and performance of store execution
Through weekly research/field execution, with action plans in the third-party agency and with the commercial team, with the objective of guaranteeing sell out and goals established by each channel and region.
2. Implementation of visual communication & point of sale material
Implement point of sale materials, management/execution of the logistics operator through the third-party agency, ensuring greater visibility of our brands and products to the shopper.
3. Analysis of competition and execution insights
Monitor and analyze competitor actions, encompassing technical, strategic, and DGMP aspects, with the objective of guaranteeing the company's positioning in the market in the short, medium, and long term.
4. Parameterization and mix by channel/reduction of stockouts
Monitor and ensure with the commercial team that KHC SKUs have adequate volume, in the ideal mix, and according to the profile of each network, with consistency in meetings, review of parameterization/clusterization, in line with the commercial team, thus generating the necessary sell out without stockouts.
5. Training and development of the third-party team
Development and creation of content, unfolding of proposed material to the third-party team of your region, ensuring standardization and technical knowledge of products and processes for better execution.
6. Weekly and monthly governance
Be a protagonist with the commercial and corporate in weekly alignment meetings analyzing the indicators and designing action plans for reversing opportunities at the point of sale.
Requirements:
Experience in trade marketing/execution (preferred food and/or beverages)
History of direct or indirect leadership of teams
Management of indicators and execution processes
Interface with clients, agency, and logistics operators
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or related fields
