What You'll Do

Talk to customers and internal leads to understand their pain points and needs

Drive product delivery from discovery to launch

Work closely with engineers and the GTM team to ensure customer needs are met and execution is high-quality

Stay hands-on by scoping and designing features that ship fast and with great quality

Support the customer success journey by helping unlock users when needed—we all do support

Own features and topics end-to-end, and work with the Founding PM to improve delivery and product quality across Lago

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and delivering products for developers (e.g. APIs, infrastructure, platform services)

Experience building products in B2B environments, with customers and developers as your end-user in mind

Experience in a startup/scale-up environment and all of the challenges that come with the fast pace of this work

Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical team members

Experience and understanding of Open Source technology

A real appetite for the early stages of co-creating a product and shaping Lago's future

Ideally: Some skills in Product Design as well as Product Management
