LEAP First is a rapidly growing user community that helps shape the future of LEAP products. Members gain early access to new features, participate in beta programs, and provide feedback that directly influences product development. The program is scaling from 270 to 7,500+ members.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Engagement Associate to support the growth of the LEAP First community across the UK. This is a hybrid role combining product demonstrations, customer engagement, and community development. You will deliver webinars, present new features, and gather user feedback to generate insights that inform product development.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients and product teams while contributing to a high-growth LegalTech program.
