As part of our mission to foster an inclusive culture, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Fiber to join our Data Center Power and Control Division in New London, CT. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of fiber connectivity solutions in an environment that supports balance, flexibility, and career advancement.

What Will You Do

1. Lead the product development lifecycle for the fiber connectivity product line—ensuring solutions reflect customer needs, emerging technologies, and business opportunities.
2. Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to support product launches, customer engagement, and training initiatives.
3. Develop compelling and clear product collateral including catalogs, sell sheets, videos, and promotional materials.
4. Own key product metrics including revenue growth, margin performance, service levels, and inventory health.
5. Participate in the S&OP process to share forecasts and collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing teams.
6. Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
7. Join industry events and tradeshows as a representative of Legrand's fiber portfolio.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Experience with fiber optics strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Collaborative communication style with the ability to work across functional teams and build trusted partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear presentation and listening abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose meaningful, innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
