The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and management of one or more of the organization's categories. This role is responsible for the overall success of the P&L of the category and gives focus, urgency, and sharpness to the market presence of the product line. The product manager will have direct responsibility for product line priorities and be responsible for understanding market segmentation and providing strategic direction. This individual will work collaboratively with other product managers to lead the overall HVAC Division portfolio for Supco. This person will also work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive effective launch strategies and penetration of the market. This individual will work closely with other functional disciplines (engineering, finance, operations, and technical services) to define new products needed for capturing market share and consumer awareness.
Job Duties:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $71k - $94k of MRP annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
