As a Lead UX Designer, you will be a design expert shaping the user experience for our digital products while driving strategic initiatives. You will lead high-priority, complex projects from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, high-quality designs.
- Be a key hands-on design contributor, actively working in Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that align with business and user needs.
- Create visually stunning, brand-aligned interfaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Set the standard for craft and quality in UI design, mentoring peers through example and critique.
- Own and execute end-to-end UX design processes, from research and discovery through to final execution, ensuring thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Lead UX strategy for major digital initiatives while also rolling up your sleeves to refine the details and interactions of your designs.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, develop solutions, and validate designs through usability testing and research.
- Champion design thinking and best practices, facilitating workshops, critiques, and working sessions to ensure a shared UX vision.
- Advocate for users at every step, leveraging data, research, and testing to ensure user-centered outcomes.
- Present designs and strategies to leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in for key initiatives.
- Stay ahead of UX trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our design practice and digital experiences.
- Leverage AI-assisted design and research tools to accelerate discovery, synthesis, ideation, and iteration (for example, AI Design workflows), while maintaining high standards for craft, accessibility, and user trust.

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with specialist-level expertise in UX design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI execution.
- Exceptional visual design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI, typography, color theory, and layout.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect execution. You care deeply about the craft of design and consistently deliver polished, production-ready assets.
- A proven track record as a key design contributor on high-impact digital initiatives, balancing both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative user research experience, ensuring data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent ability to present and defend design decisions to senior leadership, product managers, and engineers.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI in UX (AI Design) to speed up design and research workflows, such as drafting concepts, summarizing insights, generating variations, building interactive prototypes, or supporting usability analysis, is a plus.
- Experience managing and evolving design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless collaboration across teams is a plus.
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- A bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $125,600 - $164,850 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
