At Allied Air, the Product Management and Marketing teams are a collaborative group of high-performers who pave the way to success for our business unit.
As a Product Manager Lead at Allied Air Enterprises, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product strategies to drive the adoption and success of our products. This includes strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of our commercial HVAC portfolio, with direct responsibility for the Allied Commercial rooftop product line. You will collaborate closely with the Lennox Commercial Business Unit and cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, finance, distribution, and customer support—to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives. We seek a subject matter expert who will guide product development initiatives and champion enhancements that strengthen competitiveness and drive customer satisfaction.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $110,000.00 - $143,850.00 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
