ADP is seeking a Product Manager to help us drive excellence and prioritize the customer experience with our product lines, which include Evaporator Coils, Air Handlers, and Unit Heaters.
The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure our product offerings meet market demands and drive customer satisfaction. We are looking for a strong contributor to drive product development initiatives, analyze market trends, and champion product enhancements to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Travel requirement: ~25% on average, up to 50% during peak seasons.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $93,600 - $122,850 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
