Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced UX Web Designer to join our client's impactful marketing team. The UX Web Designer is the architect of our medical professionals’ online experience. If you have a portfolio of professional design projects that speak to your highly effective work with web and mobile applications, we can’t wait to meet you! The key expectation for this role: to create functional and appealing digital features that address our doctors’ needs and ultimately supercharge Foot Levelers’ growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create impactful user interface elements: email design templates, web pages, menus, tabs, and widgets; oversight of navigation, layout, and site structure updates
• Own email design and build out (in HubSpot platform)
• Wireframe, design, and execute new page designs or updates, including use of HTML/CSS when necessary
• Collaborate with marketing team and interdepartmentally to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Create original digital graphic designs, adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images for all digital channels
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (i.e., responsiveness) and adjust layouts based on UX standards and user feedback
• Partner effectively with our cross-functional team to collaborate on Marketing campaigns
• Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices and be the champion for site and strategy updates

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer in a similar role, partnering with an in-house marketing team.
• Stunning portfolio of web and digital design projects
• HTML/CSS and JavaScript – working knowledge and implementation
• Knowledge of and experience with Hubspot (or similar email platforms)
• Wordpress CMS experience preferred
• PHP experience nice to have but not required
• Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software
