Lead Client Solutions Manager, Large Customer NAMER, Marketing Solutions
This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or D.C.

The Large Customer NAMER segment within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Lead Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest and most complex customers. This person will leverage their knowledge of online media, communication, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients. The Lead Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue by delivering measurable business value and results for their customers. This is a senior, high-impact role that requires operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and their teams, shaping client transformation agendas, managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently, and scaling best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experiences and proactively identify buying group specific customer challenges, aligned to a common vision that generate new demand and investment decisions.
- Builds and scales internal coalitions by partnering with product, sales, cross-functional teams (i.e. Insights, Marketing, Content Solutions, Media Operations, Measurement Specialists etc...) and other Client Solutions Managers to orchestrate complex digital transformation journeys aligned with client objectives and accelerate roadmap alignment.
- Promote customer self-sufficiency by enabling clients to advocate for LinkedIn internally and optimize platform usage and advertising campaign effectiveness at scale
- Be a consultative seller to renew and grow client investments, and serve as an industry authority by delivering high-impact performance presentations and strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making
- Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are achieved through storytelling with data and insights.
- Consult and own all aspects of the client's media campaigns including targeting, implementation, creative and content quality, optimization, performance, and measurement expertise proving ROI through campaign insights.
- Apply rigor and use of technology to design account plans to meet revenue goals.
- Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc platform education needs.
- Anticipate customer needs, reshape strategic conversations, and provide input to joint business agreements that anchor customer success in long-term ROI and platform-wide value.
- Demonstrate mastery of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and drive new product adoption and future-ready partner technology integrations to enable client success and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are met.
- Drive operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and commercial negotiations
- Travel requirements: approximately 20% of the time for team offsites, LinkedIn and client conferences, and client meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, media
- 2+ years of media sales, technical measurement, and account management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of auction-based content and/or programmatic advertising campaign management and optimization & campaign reporting experience (i.e., Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to understand B2B marketing landscape & digital media metrics
- Ability to conduct accurate forecasts and custom reports leveraging internal tools
- Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer's pressures with data-driven products and solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology, marketing automation, and full-funnel measurement solutions
- Thought leader in the digital media and advertising industry landscape, with know-how of sales planning and CRM tools
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills; ownership of agency and client relationships
- Ability to build effective insights-backed narratives to support strategic sales pitches, and a strong storyteller
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally to bring scaled initiatives and projects to fruition with measured impact
- Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
- Demonstrate a growth mindset inclusive of the ability to constantly learn new skills and introduce ways to work smarter, leveraging AI as a part of their day-to-day tasks

The pay range for this role is $197,000 to $300,000 OTE (on target earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
