Marketing Coordinator, Latin America

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Latin America. This person, under guidance of the VP, Marketing & Event Sponsorship, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation Latin America's marketing efforts, including artist and audience research, coordination and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, event marketing recap reports, and more.

What This Role Will Do:

  • Support the day-to-day management of marketing for international tours
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Touring and local teams across Latin America, to coordinate and track tour details, including on-sale timing, marketing instructions, press guidelines, etc.
  • Develop detailed marketing briefs for international promoters and marketing teams
  • Track and analyze marketing budgets and performance on multiple projects
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and artist pitches when needed
  • Collate all tour marketing assets to review and submit to external stakeholders
  • Perform social listening and monitor press across Latin America to compile announcement recap reports
  • Coordinate pre-show/day of show press with Artist teams
  • Learn the appropriate tools to assist in the maintenance of the Live Nation Latin America website
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)
  • Assist in additional duties as needed

What This Person Will Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required
  • Minimum 2-4 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in a related field such as music, entertainment, or media
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills – ability to work well in a team environment and navigate various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • Social media/digital marketing knowledge of organic content and paid campaigns
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
