Junior Product Manager

Live Nation is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Junior Product Manager to support the ongoing development and growth of the Setlist.fm platform. This role will help shape product plans and drive launches by partnering closely with engineering, design, and external vendors to bring new features and improvements to life.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and comfortable working at the intersection of product, technology, and user experience. This position works closely with product leadership, the Engineering Manager, and the Technical Project Manager to translate priorities into clear product requirements and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

What This Role Will Do

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Setlist.fm product roadmap in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
  • Help define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain a well-organized backlog aligned to business and user priorities.
  • Coordinate with designers, vendors, and other partners to support feature development and product launches.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager to ensure product initiatives stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with intended outcomes.
  • Assist with launch planning, testing, and post-launch follow-up to ensure features perform as expected and issues are addressed quickly.
  • Gather and organize user feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input to inform ongoing product improvements.

What This Person Will Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital or technology product-focused roles
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing detailed work across multiple projects.
  • Ability to write clear requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in consumer web products and digital user experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn how data informs product decisions.
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
