Support the day-to-day build of emails and targeted audiences across Live Nation UK, Metropolis Music, Download Festival and Palace Bowl Presents. Report on key metrics and lead the weekly testing report to analyse KPIs in order to plan future tests. Manage the Digital Marketing Assistant - CRM with regular mentoring and reviewing of their builds. Work with the Senior Digital Nation Marketing Manager - CRM to run weekly data reports and monitor the data flow across all of our business units - deputising for them when needed. You will also support the shared team goal to grow reach, engagement and first party data.
