On-Site Marketing Representative

Venue Nation is seeking a detail-oriented On-Site Marketing Representative for Morton Amphitheater. Reporting to and working closely with the Kansas City Marketing team, this role will support and execute key initiatives that drive Live Nation's on-site marketing efforts.

This role is a Part-Time Seasonal position. Working hours will be mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends around scheduled events.

What This Role Will Do:

  • Coordinate distribution of media credentials to approved outlets and escort photographers to designated shooting areas in accordance with artist and tour guidelines.
  • Capture and publish engaging, real-time event coverage across the venue's social media channels, ensuring brand voice and standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to fan inquiries across social platforms, providing accurate event information and escalating issues as needed.
  • Partner with the house photographer at each show to ensure high-quality photo and video content is captured, aligned with marketing objectives, and artist approvals.
  • Collaborate with the local Live Nation Marketing team on pre-show promotional posts, day-of-show content, and post-show recaps.
  • Assist with keeping marketing posters/signage on-site up to date.
  • Various other Marketing tasks.

What This Person Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and great time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure setting.
