We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Instructional System Designer (ISD) to join our dynamic F-35 ALIS and Mission Planning Environment (MPE) training development team! As an ISD, you'll have the opportunity to apply the ADDIE process to create and sustain innovative courseware, work instructions, and collaborate with a talented team of professionals, including subject matter experts, engineers, and other product teams.

The following skills are desired for this role:

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with military training standards, including experience developing training for both domestic and international military personnel
• Working knowledge of the F-35 ALIS or mission planning software
• Experience creating work instructions
• Experience developing Job Aids using Adobe InDesign
• Experience using agile tools, such as Confluence and JIRA
• Experience using a Learning Content Management System
