You will be the Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution, while supporting department initiatives and directorate undertakings.

What You Will Be Doing As the E&T Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, while also driving technical excellence and program execution. You will play a critical role in supporting department initiatives and directorate undertakings, ensuring the team's work aligns with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical coaching and mentoring to team members
• Managing work assignments, employee career development, and ongoing feedback
• Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training
• Conducting performance assessments, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• Developing engineering competency and promoting customer focus
• Supporting program development and execution of program requirements
• Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes and serving as the technical conscience for your program
