Position Summary: Develop strategies and campaigns that support our clients' success with our Tom AI platform and help them effectively communicate value to their patient populations. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, empathy for both provider and patient personas, and a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing programs in healthcare, SaaS, and patient-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies that onboard, educate, and activate provider users of our platform.
- Craft compelling client-facing content including onboarding kits, in clinician-office messaging, and comprehensive client point of contact communications.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to promote new features and drive usage.
B2C Patient Marketing Enablement:
- Create patient-facing messaging frameworks and marketing templates clients can use to promote digital health tools to their patient populations.
- Partner with clients to localize, personalize, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide patient campaign toolkits for increasing patient enrollment, engagement, and satisfaction.
Client Co-Marketing & Advocacy:
- Identify and nurture client advocates; manage success story development and peer testimonial campaigns.
- Contribute to co-branded case studies, events, and speaking opportunities that showcase successful adoption and outcomes.
- Support and inform marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and customer success teams.
Reporting & Insights:
- Develop a vision framework for clinician/patient journeys.
- Track and share accountability for client performance metrics (e.g. usage, engagement, NPS).
- A/B test client- and patient-facing messages and content formats.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with direct experience in both B2B and B2C programs.
- Proven success with client lifecycle marketing initiatives in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent copywriting, content strategy, and campaign planning skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Ability to translate complex AI/tech topics into patient- and client-friendly messaging.
- Comfort navigating regulatory environments (HIPAA, TCPA, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consumer health engagement or digital front door initiatives.
- Experience working in or with healthcare organizations (e.g., primary care groups, ACOs, payers).
- Understanding of primary care delivery models, payer-provider dynamics, and value-based care.
- Fundamental understanding of AI-driven healthcare platforms, SaaS products, and the healthcare technology landscape.

Pay Transparency:
Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is: $98,400.00-$132,225.00
