Desarrollar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos de ingenier铆a enfocados en el dise帽o, mejora e industrializaci贸n de productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos t茅cnicos, de calidad, costo y tiempo establecidos por la organizaci贸n y el cliente.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Dise帽ar, desarrollar y validar productos nuevos o mejoras a productos existentes.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos desde la fase conceptual hasta su liberaci贸n a producci贸n.
- Elaborar y actualizar documentaci贸n t茅cnica (planos, especificaciones, listas de materiales, AMEF, reportes t茅cnicos).
- Realizar an谩lisis t茅cnicos mediante herramientas CAD/CAE.
- Colaborar con 谩reas de calidad, manufactura, procesos y compras para asegurar la correcta integraci贸n del producto.
- Gestionar cambios de ingenier铆a (ECN).
- Analizar fallas y proponer soluciones t茅cnicas efectivas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de est谩ndares, normativas y requerimientos del cliente.
- Participar en reuniones de seguimiento de proyecto y presentar avances a stakeholders internos y externos.
Perfil Requerido
INDISPENSABLE
- Educaci贸n: Ingenier铆a terminada en Mec谩nica, Mecatr贸nica o Industrial.
- Ingl茅s conversacional, capaz de desarrollarse en ambientes internacionales
Formaci贸n T茅cnica
- Gesti贸n de proyectos.
- Manejo de MS Office (Excel intermedio鈥揳vanzado).
- Manejo de software CAD/CAE.
