Job Responsibilities

The role of Product Cost Controller is located in a division controlling within the finance/controlling manufacturing department. In this role, you are primarily responsible for cost planning and personnel controlling and contribute significantly to the efficiency and development of our division.

Your tasks include:

• Primary responsibility for the cost planning of the division, including ongoing coordination with the division's subject matter experts and related areas
• Conducting transitions and ongoing cost analyses of cost centers and derived reports (e.g. comparison of planned and actual costs) including various key figures
• Primary responsibility for personnel controlling, which includes: creating the basis for cost planning, ongoing tracking and reporting of personnel key figures, ongoing coordination with the division's departments
• Derivation of the personnel key figures of the respective departments using a PowerBi solution (system resource planning) as well as the development and improvement of the personnel tracking system in collaboration with IT
• Assistance in budget and forecast planning as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses for management
• Primary responsibility for CAPEX (capital invest) of the series scope in the division, which includes: ongoing planning and tracking in collaboration with the planning departments as well as analyses, reporting for management
• Processing of order and invoice workflows and associated ongoing tracking
• Commercial main contact person for the processing and coordination of the plant inventory within the division and resulting coordination meetings
• Data preparation for the completion of the inventory in collaboration with the plant accounting
• Evaluation of small and partial projects as well as customer inquiries in the division

We are looking for:

• Successfully completed education (HAK, HTL, FH, TU) with a commercial or technical focus
• Specific professional experience in operational controlling is desirable
• Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous
• Secure handling of SAP and excellent Excel skills (MS Office) required
• IT-affinity
• Communication skills in German and English

Your profile counts! Based on your qualifications, your professional experience and the tasks that await you, we will agree on your actual salary. The minimum salary varies between € 3,208 and € 4,113 gross per month (14 x p. a.) based on your education on a full-time basis (38.5 weekly hours). The employment is through a staffing agency.
