Growth Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is hands-on today but has the potential to step into a Head of Growth Marketing role tomorrow. This means you'll start by owning campaign execution, optimization, and analysis—while also shaping the strategy, structure, and processes for when the team scales. This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, ensuring close alignment with MAJORITY's overall growth strategy and leadership team.
This role includes:
- Campaign Ownership: Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Growth Strategy: Drive acquisition through paid media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), App Store Optimization (ASO) and conversion optimization.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and report performance, identify growth levers, and continuously test and iterate to improve ROI.
- Scalable Systems: Build playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks that can scale as we grow.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution, MMPs, and marketing tech stacks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for process improvement and growth-driven experimentation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SEO, AEO, ASO, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Early experience applying AI tools in marketing
- Startup or fintech background.
- Customer-first mindset with a knack for understanding audiences and tailoring growth strategies accordingly.
