Own and drive end-to-end performance of online exclusive products (GMV, margin, growth)
Manage product categories covering assortment planning, sourcing, pricing, and lifecycle management
Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that drive sales growth, margin improvement, and category competitiveness
Work closely with Commercial, and cross-functional teams to review assortments, identify gaps, and optimize product mix aligned with customer needs and business strategy
Plan promotions with suppliers and execute with commercial buyers
Develop and analyze reports related to sales, margin, profit, demand planning, and price sensitivity compared to other online benchmarks
Manage existing suppliers while identifying and developing new online exclusive product opportunities
Acquire and incubate global and top brands that contribute significant GMV share
Manage contracts and related documents with suppliers in alignment with commercial terms & conditions (T&C)
Monitor service quality of online exclusive products, including logistics, returns, cancellations, and overall customer experience
