Developing and implementing comprehensive and aligned strategic omni-channel marketing plans. Managing marketing budget for all staffing, resources and capital purchases along with the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools.
This role is accountable for planning, working across with commercial and other functions and executing marketing strategies to support overall CP Axtra business strategies.
Leading the marketing and digital efforts for multiple shopping approaches to achieve the CP Axtra's goals. Coordinating, overseeing and implementing all aspects of the marketing and communications plan including, advertising, public Relations and special event planning.
Establishing a working relationship with the field teams: Commercial, Customer Development, Sales and Store Operations, and agencies/freelancers, media, community leaders and tenants.
Implementing marketing plans and supervising multiple Marketing team. Must have strong digital experience across multiple channels and be proficient in budget creation and management.
