Growth & Performance Marketing Lead
As a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling the company's long-term paid acquisition engine, with a strong focus on lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will own performance marketing end-to-end, including strategy development, campaign execution, creative testing, and landing page optimization, all aimed at driving measurable, high-quality leads.
You will also lead systematic experimentation and growth sprints, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and funnel efficiency, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between creative, web, and CRM efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Paid Acquisition Ownership
- Own and manage paid acquisition efforts across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max as needed)
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with lead generation goals
- Manage targeting, retargeting, exclusions, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and budget pacing
B. Growth Strategy & Sprint Planning
- Set weekly growth sprints including:
- Testing roadmap
- Budget allocation
- Creative briefs
- Landing page optimization priorities
- Drive systematic experimentation to improve campaign performance and funnel efficiency
C. Campaign Build & Optimization
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize qualified leads
- Continuously test new angles, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Ensure testing velocity through regular launch of new ad variations and concepts
D. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Creative Producer to develop and launch at least 10 new creatives per week (new angles and variations)
- Partner with the Web Development & CRM Specialist to improve landing page conversion rates and form completion performance
E. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain tracking quality assurance including pixels, GA4 / GTM events, and form tracking
- Oversee performance dashboards to ensure accurate reporting
- Deliver weekly performance updates outlining:
- What happened
- Why performance shifted
- Recommended next actions
F. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Qualified leads per month
- Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
- Landing page conversion rate (Landing Page to Lead)
- Lead-to-booked-call rate (if tracked)
- Testing velocity (number of new angles / ads launched weekly)
