As a Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms, focusing on rich interactions and motion to ensure a seamless user experience across devices. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, scalable designs that support successful product launches.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android), focusing on interaction depth and motion.
• Build and improve the design system (styles, components, and animation rules) for consistency and scalability.
• Design and deliver engaging features such as streaks, leaderboards, and celebrations that drive user retention.
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate user flows, animations, and motion.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve usability and delight.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX teams, and stakeholders to successfully launch features.
