Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead the execution of high-volume campaign assets across global digital channels, ensuring all deliverables are produced in the correct formats, sizes, and specifications while maintaining pixel-perfect quality aligned with creative direction. You will oversee end-to-end production for social media, digital display, motion graphics, HTML5 banners, email, CRM, and OOH assets, including adaptation, localization, and performance optimization.
In this role, you will also manage and guide a team of Creative Designer, driving efficient workflows, implementing QA standards, creating scalable templates, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns as the key production lead supporting global creative operations.
