Assembly Operator

Our client is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align well within the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Assembly

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: 19/hr

Shift: 6:30 am - 5 pm, Mon - Thu (some Fridays may be required)

• Perform semi-complex work within the area of specialization.
• Apply documented rules, past practices, or instructions on a semi-independent level.
• Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.
• Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
• Utilize advanced skills in soldering, testing, and rework.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work history required
• 3-5 years of successful experience in the area of responsibility.
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of a specialty area.
• Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
