Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a CMF Designer to join their team. As a CMF Designer, you will be part of a dynamic design team supporting the development of cutting-edge autonomous robotaxi vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $70-$75

What's The Job?

• Initiate and drive CMF development by collaborating with designers and suppliers to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Organize, track, and distribute CMF mastering samples while managing inventory logs efficiently.
• Proactively identify process gaps and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination and alignment on expectations.
• Evaluate CMF-related data and contribute to best practices that enhance efficiency and quality in development.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in CMF Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in automotive CMF, program management, or coordination.
• High color acuity with the ability to pass the Munsell Hue Color Test.
• Hands-on expertise in CMF development, including material evaluations and supplier coordination.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate complex projects and track deliverables.
