Typical Daily Duties:

• Supervise and support production employees, assigning tasks and monitoring schedules
• Communicate across departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on the production floor
• Train and mentor team members to ensure performance and productivity
• Review production goals and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and output

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Mechanical or electrical knowledge a plus
