The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be an integral member of the corporate marketing and communications team and will work closely with communications, digital marketing, and business team members. This role supports hands-on execution of marketing communications and digital marketing programs, with opportunities to support onsite, corporate, and additional business teams as required. Shift: 7:00A-3:30P Hourly: 28.50-38.50 Responsibilities: Support marketing communications plans for Automotive and Commercial Equipment businesses Support execution of digital marketing programs across marketing automation, paid media, and SEO Build, update, and maintain landing pages, forms, and basic segmentation in Pardot using established templates and documented processes Perform QA checks for campaigns and assets, including links, forms, tracking, and routing Support email sends, nurture programs, and basic performance reporting Assist with day today maintenance of paid search and video campaigns, including keyword updates, ad copy changes, and campaign QA Monitor performance dashboards and flag trends or issues for review Maintain lead and opportunity tracking lists to support reporting Lead ongoing SEMrush maintenance and reporting Support continuous website content updates based on predefined SEO recommendations Audit existing content, track optimization status, and implement metadata and on page updates in collaboration with the web team Follow SEO and GEO/AEO best practices Support content strategy and development by working with product experts, communications partners, and graphic designers for websites, email, and social media Help maintain the marketing communications plan and content calendar Assist with development and updates of marketing collateral Assist with customer marketing campaigns and event planning activities Monitor and track delivery and impact of marketing and communications campaigns Oversee, track, and report on regional marketing communications budget spend Provide cross functional coordination of marketing communications deliverables for specific projects and corporate initiatives Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
