Typical Daily Duties

• Work with team members, vendors, and management to design new products or modify existing ones

• Generate product and detailed drawings using CAD systems (Solid Edge preferred)

• Create and revise Bills of Material and Operations as part of the design release process

• Generate and execute Engineering Change Requests (CRs)

• Research new product ideas, methods, and practices based on marketing and engineering directives

• Use Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste in processes

What We're Looking For

• 2-year associate's degree in engineering or design required; bachelor's preferred

• Minimum 2 years' experience with 3-D CAD

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities
