Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Design and implement advanced digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising (paid media), email marketing, and marketing automation.
The objective of the SEO Fundamentals program is to complement Marriott HQ's SEO strategy in order to attract high-volume, high-quality traffic to the website. This can be executed in English or in the local language to reach users with a higher likelihood of conversion.
Content Management: website updates for hotel properties, management of special offers, content updates on OTAs, merchandising (digital displays within the m.com ecosystem), management of Discovery Page content (m.com), digital asset management, and creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and present reports.
Oversee the digital advertising budget and optimize ROI.
Coordinate with internal and external teams (sales, agencies) to ensure consistency across marketing initiatives.
Identify new digital opportunities and trends to innovate marketing strategies.
Paid Media Management: campaign briefs, campaign setup, PLUS management (demand generation), budget definition, ad spend supervision, campaign optimization, and paid search campaigns.
Conduct digital audits (m.com website and other channels).
Manage and optimize the brand's digital presence across multiple channels.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management, presenting results and strategic recommendations, including monthly reports with market analysis.
Lead monthly strategic touchpoints and campaign planning sessions.
Oversee relationships with digital service providers.
Review and contribute to the business plan.
Supervise and manage content across external (social media) and internal channels, coordinating communication content and paid media campaigns with specialized agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
B2B activations and campaigns: support the planning, coordination, and execution of activations targeting corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
Partnerships and institutional relations: coordinate communications with associations in which the hotels are members, ensuring brand visibility and participation in joint initiatives.
Events and collaborations: support communication and coordination for special events, brand collaborations, and activities with key stakeholders.
PR and corporate communications support: occasional coordination with the ACHM Hotels by Marriott communications and PR team to align messaging and leverage media visibility opportunities.
Reputation management and brand consistency: oversee tone, messaging, and communication materials across all channels, ensuring alignment with Marriott standards and each hotel's brand identity.
Reporting and analysis: monitor implemented actions, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO.
Proven experience in campaign management and handling large advertising budgets.
Experience in creating and editing audiovisual content.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Experience in the hospitality industry or the luxury sector.
Relevant professional experience: 3 to 5 years.
