The Director, Marketing Technology, GC capitalizes on marketing technology and audience data to fulfill organizational goals. Candidate Profile

Education and Experience • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, or related major; plus graduate degree in marketing or business • 10+ years' experience in content management platforms, customer relationship management platforms, experience management software, email marketing tools, e-commerce, mobile tracking software, or related professional area. • Certifications Earned on the Job (preferred but not required upon entry) • Adobe Experience Cloud • Google Marketing Platform

• Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools • Strategy development and implementation of marketing efforts to improve a business • Change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts • Potentially overseeing training of marketing software and user adoption • Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise • Oversee data security and product enhancement • Relationship management with internal users and vendors • Optimize marketing technology investments • Oversee marketing intelligence and providing actionable insight to internal stakeholders
