The Director, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Promotions Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation and long-term loyalty across the customer lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of member behaviors and needs at every stage of the journey to deliver meaningful communications, promotions, and experiences that maximize customer lifetime value. Leveraging data-driven insights, the Director will collaborate across disciplines to build cohesive and scalable global marketing programs.
