Job Summary
As a Manager, Marketing, Riott Media you will play a pivotal role in shaping Riott Media's growth by helping to develop and execute marketing strategies that position the network as the leader in travel commerce media. You will drive brand storytelling and go-to-market execution across a fast-growing media organization built to create and capture intent at scale. You will serve as a key connector between Sales, Product, Data, and Operations to ensure Riott Media's value proposition is clear, differentiated, and consistently brought to life in market.
Reporting into the Sr. Director, Marketing, Riott Media, you will be responsible for helping to develop and activate integrated marketing initiatives that support Riott Media's owned channels (web, email, app), sales enablement platforms, industry events, thought leadership, and paid/earned media efforts. This role includes building compelling positioning, launching new advertising products, driving B2B demand generation, managing campaign execution, and measuring marketing impact. You are someone with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment undergoing transformation. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech / AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing innovation, and the evolving commerce media landscape.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
Required
- Four-year college degree
- Three years of relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, media marketing, digital advertising, or commerce media
- Experience supporting revenue-driving organizations with strong partnership across Sales and Product
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, media measurement, and performance marketing fundamentals
Preferred
- Experience marketing within a retail media network, commerce media platform, or digital publisher
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience developing thought leadership content, case studies, and sales enablement materials
- Understanding of programmatic, paid social, search, and onsite advertising ecosystems
Core Work Activities
- In partnership with Riott Media leadership, execute Riott Media's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Execute go-to-market planning and activation for new ad products, data offerings, and strategic partnerships.
- Build compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Riott Media in the commerce media landscape.
- Partner closely with Sales to develop and version pitch materials, case studies, product collateral, and client-facing narratives that support deal acceleration.
- Support demand generation initiatives including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, industry partnerships, and event activations.
- Manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with Data and Insights teams to translate performance results into compelling marketing stories.
- Support executive communications, industry speaking opportunities, and PR initiatives as needed.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with Riott Media's brand standards and long-term growth strategy.
