This is a temporary role. The FLEX Sr. Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. This role maintains a deep understanding of the customer at every stage of their journey to deliver products, promotions, and experiences that meet their needs and increase lifetime value.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data to inform strategy and collaborating with cross-discipline teams to enable cohesive and effective global marketing initiatives. The FLEX Sr. Manager works to enhance marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role will build and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize the value of partnerships, ensuring that they align with overall business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, they will create personalized marketing content and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of maintaining successful partnerships.
