Marketing Manager

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is seeking an energetic and passionate Marketing Manager, with a strong commercial mindset and demonstrated strategic leadership experience, to join our Sales and Marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving brand performance, strengthening strategic partnerships and shaping the direction of marketing and communications across the hotel.

If you are someone who can operate at both a strategic and hands on level, with the ability to build brand value, develop partnerships, nurture reputation and deliver campaigns that support commercial outcomes then we want to hear from you.

Key role deliverables include:

  • Promote on-brand communication across traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image and support commercial outcomes.
  • Create direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to boost consumer awareness, preference, and market share.
  • Highlight Food & Beverage offerings to both hotel guests and local patrons through creative campaigns.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing and selling efforts.
  • Manage a mix of marketing activities, including eCommerce initiatives and public relations (PR) for the property.
  • Contribute to driving property sales and revenue strategy, increasing social media engagement, and leveraging resources for impactful campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing and/or communications OR
  • Minimum 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years' experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
