Role Overview

We are seeking a Cluster Marketing Project Lead to join the Central London Cluster Marriott Hotels on a fixed-term basis. This role is designed as a hands-on, project-driven marketing position, focused on delivering a portfolio of priority initiatives across multiple hotels.

The position will supporting key commercial and brand objectives through the execution of strategic marketing projects. This role does not include direct line management responsibilities, and instead requires strong cross-functional collaboration with hotel teams, agencies, and regional marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Force Delivery

  • Development and launch of new hotel newsletters
  • Creation of suite brochures and sales collateral
  • Organising and managing agency pitch processes, including potential social media agencies
  • Supporting and coordinating property photoshoots
  • Delivering marketing support for hotel refurbishment launches, including pre, during and post-communication plans
  • Driving Middle East source market activations and packages for selected hotels
  • Identifying and executing Food & Beverage and catering marketing opportunities
  • Supporting development of floorplans and 4D interactive tours where required

Marketing Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activity, aligned with cluster and property-level priorities
  • Develop and deliver campaigns, promotions, and partnership activity across rooms, F&B, meetings and events
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, including creative development, briefing, and activation
  • Coordinate local implementation of centrally developed campaigns and initiatives

Content, Digital & Campaign Support

  • Assist with content creation across digital and social channels, including influencer collaborations where appropriate
  • Support social media activation, including content calendars, posting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure digital platforms (web, OTA, and segment channels) are updated and optimised in collaboration with digital marketing teams
  • Contribute to email marketing execution, including campaign setup and reporting

Hotel & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a key point of contact for hotel teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of marketing priorities
  • Support hotel teams with on-property activation of campaigns and materials
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, and regional marketing teams to maximise opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders

Asset & Production Management

  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral (digital and print)
  • Support photography audits and shoot execution, ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Assist in maintaining a robust suite of sales and marketing assets for all properties

Experience & Skills

  • 4–5 years' experience in hotel or relevant marketing roles, ideally with exposure to multi-property environments
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience in campaign execution, content creation, and marketing coordination
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Confident working across agency, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, organisation, and execution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
