Senior Event Producer

In a nutshell, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Producer to lead the planning, production, and execution of large-scale events, experiential marketing activations, and corporate programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and creative leader who can manage complex projects end-to-end, ensuring exceptional audience experiences and alignment with brand objectives. Our new Senior Event Producer will play an integral role in the Brand Creative team, to co-develop and produce our innovative event concepts.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-profile events, including conferences, product launches, trade shows, virtual/hybrid experiences, and internal corporate events
  • Develop event strategies that align with business goals, brand messaging, and audience engagement objectives
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing reservations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee the production process, including venue selection, logistics, technical requirements, audiovisual production, set design, and staffing
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring best value and quality standards
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and innovation, implementing creative event concepts and immersive experiences
  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior event staff or contractors, providing guidance and development opportunities
  • Monitor post-event metrics, gather feedback, and analyze ROI to improve future events
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards at all events

Experience & Mindset

  • 7+ years of professional experience in hospitality event production, preferably with experience managing large-scale & complex hospitality events.
  • Proven track record of successful event execution from concept through delivery.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing budgets is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with event technology, production software, and virtual/hybrid platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
