So, What's the Mission?
As a Learning Developer, your mission is to empower our sales teams to perform at their very best. You'll take complex product information, commercial strategies, and sales processes and turn them into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences that make a real difference in the day-to-day work of our teams. This role is at the heart of commercial enablement, you'll design, develop, and maintain high-quality digital content, including e-learning modules, microlearning interventions, videos, job aids, and playbooks. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of learning design expertise, commercial understanding and operational rigour, including:
Experience with Docebo, sales enablement platforms, CRM superuser responsibilities, agile content development or commercial operations is highly desirable but not essential.
