UI UX Designer

Job Title

We're looking for someone who has a solid experience in:

1. User Research: Conducting user research through methods like interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights, understand user behavior, and needs.
2. Personas Creation: Developing detailed user personas based on user research and data, to help inform design decisions and strategies.
3. User Journeys & Case Studies: Creating user journeys to visualize the path that users take through the product and preparing case studies to showcase design solutions and their impacts.
4. Wireframing: Developing wireframes to lay out the structure of user interfaces and establish user flows.
5. Prototyping: Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test the functionality of proposed designs.
6. UI/UX Design: Designing user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces across various platforms like web, mobile, and other media, ensuring they align with user experience principles and guidelines.
7. Client Communication: Interacting with clients to understand their requirements, presenting design concepts, collecting feedback, and ensuring the final designs meet their needs and expectations.
8. Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests of designs to ensure they are user-friendly and meet the needs of the target audience.
9. Design Updates & Improvements: Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability test results, and other data, continually improving the user interface and user experience over time.
10. Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with other team members, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between the user interface and user experience design.
