We are seeking a Director of Organic Growth & Digital Platform to lead our organic acquisition strategy and modernize our digital growth infrastructure. The leader will own SEO performance, website optimization, and key elements of our marketing technology stack, while helping transform marketing processes to be AI-enabled, data-driven, and experimentation focused. The role combines technical SEO expertise, growth strategy, and marketing technology leadership to accelerate membership acquisition and improve the digital experience for prospective members and physicians.
Own organic growth performance
• Lead strategy for SEO, content discoverability, and organic acquisition.
• Diagnose ranking and traffic opportunities across technical SEO, content, and authority.
Optimize MDVIP's digital platform
• Drive improvements to website architecture, UX, and conversion performance.
• Partner with product, analytics, and designers to improve digital journeys.
Modernize the marketing technology ecosystem
• Own key elements of the MarTech stack supporting organic growth.
• Implement tools and workflows that enable faster experimentation and automation.
Enable AI-driven marketing
• Introduce AI-enabled processes for content development, SEO optimization, and experimentation.
• Increase marketing velocity through automation and smarter workflows.
Drive experimentation and measurable growth
• Establish testing frameworks to continuously improve traffic, conversion, and CAC.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track organic growth impact.
• Proven success scaling organic traffic and acquisition
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in marketing workflows
• Ten (10) years of experience in SEO, digital growth, or performance marketing
• Experience managing or influencing website architecture, CMS platforms, and MarTech tools
• MBA or other leadership/business education
• Experience working in high-growth digital businesses or marketplaces
