Marketing Strategy Implementation Specialist
Under general direction, support and drive implementation of retail marketing strategies and activities that enhance immediate revenue growth. Develop and support marketing and merchandising activities through sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Implement consumer multichannel tactical marketing plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (internal and external packaging, product management) in the development and execution of initiatives to ensure proper and timely customer communication.
- Work with regional cross-functional partners (revenue channel marketers, merchandising, visual, etc.) to plan annual marketing calendar, inclusive of new launches, new features, and an always on plans to increase awareness of platforms, achieve revenue and consumer goals. This includes creating meaningful content and campaigns that drive consumer interest and analyzing campaigns + financials after to understand engagement and overall Medline return.
- Work with Sales to define opportunities and lead the process for making product opportunities "retail ready".
- Develop new product and brand launch campaigns. Explore new channels and markets.
- Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities.
- Lead review of marketing performance and recommended adjustments to the marketing plan through routine hindsighting.
- Measure, report out and optimize the marketing plans based on results.
- Assist in leading customer specific initiatives with internal teams and external teams inclusive of strategizing with customers, internal product development, pricing, marketing, promotions & more.
- Work with digital team, creative services, external resources and brand marketing team to develop marketing tools and campaigns for selling across ecommerce and retail brick and mortar stores.
- Review and approve materials related to market research, forecast, and pricing.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor Degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of marketing, brand management or innovation experience to include at least 1 year developing and executing marketing plans.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Experience demonstrating various approaches to marketing, targeting, segmentation and positioning for competitive advantage.
- Experience measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and revising tactics for success.
- Experience and skills influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
- Experience in presenting to customers & developing strategies for different channels.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Microsoft Office working knowledge.
- Position requires travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Experience in product development and project management.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $73,840.00 - $107,120.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
