Qa Product Control Specialist

Haselmeier, a part of medmix, has been established in the healthcare market for over 100 years. With around 240 employees, Haselmeier has been a pioneer in the development of injection pens for subcutaneous application since the 1960s. We continue to drive innovation in self-injection pens, from design and manufacturing to packaging and delivery. We have developed solutions for numerous pharmaceutical partners in scalable volumes, always taking into account the latest engineering practices – and we want to develop even further. We develop our products with a patient-centered approach. Our injection devices are used in various therapy areas and help patients with diabetes, support the treatment of fertility, and are even an option for gentle cancer therapy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements throughout the product lifecycle in serial operations
  • Release of production batches
  • Coordination of and participation in incoming and outgoing inspections, with final approval
  • Creation and tracking of internal deviation reports
  • Conducting product and process-related training in the areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Creation, review, and approval of product-related documents, test instructions, and test plans
  • Participation and support in the conduct and follow-up of audits conducted at the Buchen site
  • Creation and tracking of supplier complaints, as well as communication with suppliers regarding quality issues
  • Monitoring control of the environmental conditions at the Buchen site

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical training or bachelor's degree / technician's degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a quality assurance role within a regulated manufacturing company
  • Experience in handling and releasing batch-responsible productions
  • Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485
  • Proficient experience in using common MS Office products
  • Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
