In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce accurate, accessible content and training solutions that strengthen compliance, promote data integrity and support informed decision-making across the program.
In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with 10+ years of experience to provide strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of large-scale government training and outreach programs. The Senior Instructional Designer will support federal stakeholders by translating complex policies, regulations and technical systems into effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. This position will oversee the full lifecycle of instructional design activities and ensure training programs are scalable, compliant, measurable and aligned with federal policies, branding and accessibility requirements.
