The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads work to inform what products we're building with market insights, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. We influence early stage product development and roadmaps, create go-to-market plans, support in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provide direction for future investments. The Developer team within the Meta Horizon organization builds products and programs that inspire developers and creators to build amazing games and social experiences for people in Mixed Reality as well as Mobile. This includes the full lifecycle of tools and programs that bring developers to our platform, educate them on the different build paths we have available, support them in shipping their experiences, and help them grow and monetize. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for informing the creator roadmap with customer and market needs in mind as well as lead go-to-market and in-market programs that drive acquisition and growth for our creators.
Influence product roadmaps with a creator-centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories.
Lead cross-functional teams through forming and executing the creator tools go-to-market strategy. Be the single point of contact for communicating updates and leading review alignment across organizational leaders.
Bring a perspective of creator needs and a solution oriented mindset.
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field.
Experience in product marketing or equivalent function developing go-to-market or product growth strategies while partnering closely with product teams.
Experience with working with developer platform or game developers.
Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go to market strategies.
Bachelor's degree.
MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often.
Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms.
Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.
