Product Manager

Language: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work and currently residing in Mexico, with a valid US visa for travel.

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Product Manager who thrives with minimal oversight. This individual will operate confidently within established systems and processes, demonstrating adaptability and independence while consistently delivering high-quality results.

They will excel at setting priorities, managing timelines, and collaborating effectively to align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates forethought, proactive communication, and innovative problem-solving skills, while embracing new technologies to enhance product development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain a backlog of work for engineering by collecting bugs, feature requests, and prioritizing based on patterns.
  • Collaborate with CS/AM teams to prioritize escalations.
  • Manage sprint scope changes and project milestones.
  • Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, documenting findings.
  • Apply discovery techniques to assess value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
  • Work closely with UX designers to understand user workflows and map personas.
  • Lead solution design discussions with designers, developers, and tech teams.
  • Plan sprints, maintain roadmaps, and facilitate daily scrums.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and demo features regularly.
  • Conduct UAT and coordinate beta testing to refine features.
  • Create rollout plans and enable sales/client services with documentation and training.
  • Define and track adoption and usage metrics for new and existing features.
