Job Description

Assist in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring quality and efficiency. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Support the procurement process, including sourcing and managing materials and subcontractors. Assist in resolving any project-related issues or challenges that may arise. Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
