Job Description

• Support the Senior PM in managing day-to-day operations for industrial builds, including site work and vertical tilt-up construction.
• Coordinate the RFI and submittal process to ensure technical specifications align with engineering requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and monthly progress reports.
• Interface with design teams and subcontractors to resolve field issues and maintain momentum.
• Help navigate the entitlement and permitting process, including coordination with NJ DEP and local municipalities.
• Document project milestones and maintain high-quality safety and compliance records.

The Successful Applicant

• You are a driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management and 2-5 years of experience in the AEC industry.
• You possess a strong technical foundation and are ready to apply your engineering knowledge to the business and management side of real estate development.
• Familiarity with New Jersey construction standards and a detail-oriented approach to project documentation are essential.
