Job Description

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and requirements. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the construction process. Lead project meetings, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.
