Lead the team in planning and managing the project schedule.
Drive progress to hit key milestones - design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout - on time and on budget.
Select and manage subcontractors; issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
Oversee contract administration, permits, and compliance.
Develop and control project budget to meet requirements and ensure profitability.
Identify risks and create contingency plans.
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and support the Superintendent in execution.
Manage project closeout and final deliverables.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering (preferred). They should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical projects. The candidate should have 5-10+ years in construction project management, be willing to travel when needed, and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams, partners, and clients.
